Document and E-Sign Consent Policy

This policy establishes the legal validity, integrity, and binding nature of electronic documents, digital signatures, and PDF contracts generated by SUBIDHA CORE.

1. Legal Recognition of Electronic Records

In accordance with Section 4 and Section 10A of the **Information Technology Act, 2000**, electronic records, digital signatures, click-through acceptances, and system-generated PDF documents issued by Subidha Furniture possess the same legal force, validity, and enforceability as physically executed paper documents.

2. Tamper-Evident Document Engine

All official commercial instruments—including:

Subscription Contracts and Contract Schedules;
Retail Sales Tax Invoices;
Payment Receipts;
Delivery Challans and Proof of Delivery (POD) Notes;
Return Inspection Dockets and Credit Notes;

are generated through the core PDF engine with unique sequential reference codes, unalterable metadata, and system security hashes.

3. Customer Electronic Consent

By clicking "Accept", "Confirm", or signing on digital delivery tablets, the customer:

Consents to conduct business electronically with Subidha Furniture;
Acknowledges receipt and agreement to the contract terms, installment schedules, and policies;
Agrees that digital signatures and delivery tablet signatures represent legally valid authorization.

Legal usage note

Published policy text is for customer clarity, operational governance, and statutory compliance.
Contracts, tax invoices, receipts, and audited delivery records remain the canonical transaction source.
