SFEMI Advance EMI
From product selection and customer registration through SFEMI ID assignment, monthly EMI payments, promotional eligibility, and delivery. Benefits follow the approved terms.

An exclusive Lucky ID (00–99) is allocated within your batch and permanently linked to your contract.

Pay 60%–80% upfront to unlock immediate Same-Day Delivery under Hire-Purchase title retention.

Remit scheduled advance EMIs via Cash Counter, authorized UPI, or Bank Transfer, receiving instant receipts.

Journey B — Rent
Rent contract journey
Flexible product usage under a rent contract. Deposit and monthly demand are separate. No Lucky ID. Delivery, return, and service governed by terms.

Journey C — Lease
Lease contract journey
Longer-term product usage under an approved lease. No Lucky ID. Deposit and monthly lease charges are separate liabilities. Renewal and upgrade require admin approval.

Payment and receipt journey
How payments are recorded, receipts are generated, and proof is preserved. Customers cannot self-post payments. Every valid payment must generate an official receipt.

Payment posts to immutable double-entry ledgers and reconciles daily during cashier shift-close.
Journey E — Delivery
Delivery readiness journey
How KYC, contract, payment, stock, and operational readiness combine before delivery is authorised. The backend system remains authoritative for all delivery decisions.

Customer KYC and premises tenancy documentation verified under DPDP privacy standards.
- 22. Contract State Activation
Contract transitions from DRAFT to ACTIVE with locked product references, tenures, and totals.
- 33. Milestone Payment Verification
Billing desk confirms required threshold: Winner status, Completed status, or 60%–80% Advance Prepayment.
- 44. Stock-on-Hand Allocation
Physical goods verified in warehouse Stock Ledger and allocated to the dispatch manifest.
- 55. Mobile Handover Link & Quality Photos
Admin shares secure WhatsApp link. Driver opens mobile screen and snaps Photo 1 (furniture assembly & finish) and Photo 2 (customer with item).
- 66. On-Screen Touchscreen Signature & GPS Tag
Customer draws their signature directly on the phone screen. Exact delivery GPS coordinates and timestamp are tagged automatically.
- 77. Fulfillment Closure & Asset Custody
System verifies POD, updates delivery to DELIVERED (Rule CTRL-RENT-2), and activates custody in Customer Portal.
Draw transparency
Commit-then-reveal draw process
The monthly Lucky Plan draw uses a commit-then-reveal mechanism. A commitment hash is published before the draw; the reveal is published afterward and can be verified. No public action can change a revealed result.
Reveal verified against commitment
The actual draw result is published later and can be checked against the earlier commitment for transparency.
Winner benefit is future EMI waiver only
If your Lucky ID wins, future remaining EMI may be waived from the approved winning month. Past paid EMI is not refunded.
Rent and lease
No Lucky ID for Rent or Lease
Rent and lease are completely separate contract types. They do not participate in the monthly Lucky Plan draw, carry no EMI waiver benefit, and do not assign Lucky IDs.
Rent — flexible monthly usage
Monthly demand and refundable deposit are separate. Product stays business property. Return inspection governs deposit refund.
Lease — longer-term contract
Extended tenure with deposit and monthly lease charges. Renewal and upgrade require admin approval.
Both governed by contract terms
Final obligations for rent and lease are determined by the signed contract, receipt records, and inspection outcome.
